Job Description
  • MRC has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support including:
    • Generating and routing memorandums
    • Filing memorandums according to Records Management requirements
    • Completing travel orders
    • Providing timesheet support
    • Scheduling conference rooms
    • Assisting with meeting logistics
    • Managing Public Release documents.
    • Assisting with Office Moves
    • Maintaining Outlook calendars
    • Completing disposal requests for equipment and furniture
    • Submitting work requests
    • Monitoring office supplies and maintaining in an organized manner
    • Managing the floor network printers
    • Preparing Training Requests


Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook experience
  • Ability to be self-taught and participate in on the job training.
