ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (Ref. #1784) (DR)

MRC seeks a Full-Time Administrative Manager to support the Code 10 Corporate Operations Division at NUWC Division Newport.

Qualified candidate will have experience in managing the services that allow the organization to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management and telecommunications management. The position involves implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
