COMPUTER ENGINEER/SCIENTIST/PROGRAMMER (Ref. #1896-RC)

McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is currently looking for a Computer Engineer/Scientist/Programmer responsible for providing software programming support in the development of MATLAB tools at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Newport, RI.

An ideal candidate will have experience in MATLAB, C, C++, Database experience, Data Analysis, and Prior Application Development.

  • The candidate will develop code modules for integration, and provide software expertise to ensure that software issues are addressed and resolved as the system evolves through various programmatic phases.
  • The candidate will assist in the tracking of requirements, schedule, and performance relative to the program software baseline.
  • The candidate will also, support the development, review and implementation of Software Design Document development, Interface Requirements Specifications and Interface Design Documents for Program Software Configuration.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have an active, or be eligible for, US Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A team player with good communication skills, and a forward thinker able to anticipate problems and recommend solutions.
