Job Description

Successful applicant must possess the necessary skills and abilities to support a full range of tasks including fabrication, disassembly, reassembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electro-mechanical systems. A high degree of electrical aptitude is required. Detail oriented, attention to details is a must. Works well with others. Problem-Solving ability. Applicant needs to be able to be able to identify issues and make corrective measures to fix problems.

Duties and Responsibilities: Fabricate cable harnesses, fabricate Junction boxes and control/monitoring panels requiring intermediate level of mechanical assembly, perform functional and operational testing of electrical assemblies, and troubleshoot, repair, inspect and test electrical and electro-mechanical systems.

Required Qualifications:

3- 5 years’ experience working as an Electrical Technician. Demonstrated experience should include the assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of electrical assemblies and electro-mechanical systems as well as experience with soldering and de-soldering components and various types of Mil-Spec connectors and terminations. The qualified candidate should have the ability to read, understand, and utilize electrical and mechanical drawings, technical manuals and schematics; ability to build electrical assemblies to print; ability to communicate verbally and in writing; ability to work independently or as part of a team; eligibility for security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with military weapons and launching systems; crane and forklift certification; experience with HP Air and Hydraulic systems; understanding of electrical control systems. IPC certifications in Soldering, Cable and Wire Harness, QA.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
