Job Description


Seeking a Part-Time Facilities Management Analyst to help support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport Facilities Branch in Keyport, WA.

This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret security clearance. The selected candidate will provide facilities planning documentation support, including maintenance of project budget estimates, site pictures, suggested floor plans, updated project briefs and updates to all project completion data in a project tracking database.  Work includes the following:

  • Development of initial scope of work for proposed projects
  • Proposed project budget estimates
  • Code compliance subject matter expertise
  • Project design reviews
  • Track project completions
  • Initial cost estimates and award cost analysis

Preparation of Basic Facility Requirements that includes document layouts and space requirements in accordance with Navy/Marine Corps facility planning criteria.


Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of related experience or an associate’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Must obtain a DoD secret security clearance prior to starting.
