MRC seeks a Full Time Forms Management Analyst to support NUWC Division Newport. Utilizing Adobe Live Cycle software, the incumbent shall develop NUWCDIVNPT Forms in accordance with SECNAV M-5213.1, DON Forms Management Manual. This includes proper formatting and additional form functionality that may be requested by the customer and is achievable using Adobe. Forms shall be recorded utilizing the proper Standard Subject Identification Code (SSIC) for proper records management. The incumbent must be professional and have excellent communication skills as they will be expected to meet with government personnel to obtain form requirements and specifications. Developing a clear understanding of those requirements will be critical to meeting NUWCDIVNPT needs.
The incumbent shall be able to learn the requirements associated with proper and improper data collection to ensure all forms developed and issued for use meet all SECNAV regulations.
