MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Ref. #1877-RC)
Provide support to technical division at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI.
Primary Task is to produce, provide advice, and technical assistance in preparation of financial reports such as weekly financial reports, monthly program management reports, contractual letters and reports, and cost price analysis to support proposal development.
Analysts of estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. Establish work breakdown structures and assign charge numbers.
Secondary task is preparation of Monthly Status Reports, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reports per contract requirements and Sub-Contracting Invoice processing.
Finally, prepare or provide oversight and guidance in material purchasing and reporting, personnel evaluations tracking, resumes processing, and On-Boarding employees to ensure compliance with contract terms and HR guidelines. Develop guidelines, standard operating procedures and policies in reference to above tasking. This position reports directly to a Program Manager and includes participation in our bid and proposal process.
