 NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR (Ref. #1843-AG)

 

Seeking a Full-Time Network Administrator at our Keyport WA location, to provide technical support in the installation, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, upgrading and re-configuration of Keyport’s corporate network components and cable facilities.

  • Plan and perform regular scheduled maintenance on network infrastructure hardware and software including switches, routers, 802.1x system, VPN appliances and VoIP components
  • Troubleshoot complex enterprise routed IPv4 and IPv6 switched networks and VoIP utilization modern network troubleshooting tools and sophisticated test equipment ensuring all equipment meets current DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) requirements
  • Install, troubleshoot and provide preventative and corrective maintenance and repair of VoIP telephones and associated voicemail
  • Provide VoIP support to include call manager, voicemail systems, Cisco Emergency Response (CER) and PRI gateway routers
  • Install, move, configure, maintain, monitor performance, test and resolve problems for network hardware and software components
  • Provide documentation related to any equipment change or modification following a government owned configuration management plan
  • Update and maintain engineering drawings and operation documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Security + Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fiber Optics Installer Certification
