PARKING FACILITATOR (Ref. #1657) AG

McLaughlin Research Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Parking Facilitator support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Keyport Parking Program in Keyport, WA.

Job Duties would include providing administrative support to the NUWC Division, Keyport Parking Program including:

  • Receive and process parking applications in accordance with designated procedures
  • Receive and process parking space exchange and relocation requests
  • Receive and process parking violations
  • Perform database administration functions as required to maintain accurate information
  • Assign parking spaces using government provided procedures and criteria
  • Remove parking assignments when no longer needed or when directed
  • Audit parking spaces/lots by physically verifying actual spaces match most current database/parking map information
  • Generate parking email notifications for assignments disruptions, exchanges, relocations, and wait-list inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Strong customer service skills required

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to walk long distances

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Organized and capable for multitasking
