Job Description

MRC has an immediate openings for a full time Personnel Assistant supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support to senior training specialists, including:

  • Accessing the Total Workforce Management System (TWMS) to generate reports and to credit employees
  • Creating flyers
  • Creating and managing rosters
  • Tracking participations/actions in various training programs
  • Sending requests for training documents
  • Copying and scanning documents
  • Generating various reports
  • Supporting new employee onboarding process
  • Assisting in entering SF182s in TWMS, as needed
  • Supporting onsite training events

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Experience
  • Ability to be self-taught and participate in on-the-job training
