McLaughlin Research provides NUWC Keyport with an in-depth understanding of Naval Undersea Warfare (USW) research, development, test and evaluation, and operational support requirements gained through on-site experience in Keyport dating back to the 1980s.

Infrastructure Services Division (Code 102)
MRC provides Keyport-wide Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Compliance and Infrastructure support services as a prime contractor under MRC SP-e task order FY06 (and previously FY01 and FY03).
System Acceptance & Operation Readiness Department (Code 20)
MRC provides engineering and technical support services as a prime contractor under MRC SP-e task order FY07.
MRC provides on-site support to the Hawaii Fleet Test and Operational Assessment Division (Code 24) for operations, maintenance, and test and evaluation (T&E) support tasks required to maintain anti-submarine warfare (ASW) and undersea warfare (USW) readiness in the Western and Middle Pacific, as a subcontractor to INDUS Technology.
MRC provides computer systems, technical services, and technical writing support to the Southern California (SOCAL) Fleet Operational Readiness Division (Code 25) in San Diego as a subcontractor to INDUS Technology.
Maintenance Engineering & Industrial Operation Department (Code 30)
MRC provides engineering and technical support services as a prime contractor under MRC SP-e task order FY07.
MRC provides support to the Pearl Harbor Torpedo Division (Code 34) for technical support tasks associated with operation of the Heavyweight Torpedo Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA), as a subcontractor to INDUS Technology.
In-Service Engineering & Integrated Logistics Support Department (Code 40)
MRC provides engineering and technical support services as a prime contractor under MRC SP-e task order FY07, and as a subcontractor to BAE Systems.
MRC provides on-site support to the Fleet Technical Support Division (Code 45) for operations, maintenance, and test and evaluation (T&E) support tasks required to maintain anti-submarine warfare (ASW) and undersea warfare (USW) readiness in the Western and Middle Pacific, as a subcontractor to INDUS Technology.
MRC provides Aircraft Carrier Tactical Support Center (CV-TSC) support as a subcontractor to Opal Soft, and previously as a subcontractor to BAE Systems.
