MRC + Opalsoft: Helping the Navy bridge traditional boundaries.
McLaughlin Research Corporation is pleased to announce a new Strategic Alliance with Opalsoft.
MRC and Opalsoft already have an established working relationship, including support to NSWC Philadelphia and participation together on NASA SEWP VI. This Strategic Alliance is intended to build on that foundation and expand our collaboration well beyond individual opportunities.
The strength of this relationship is in the combination of highly complementary capabilities.
MRC brings deep Navy mission expertise across undersea warfare, weapons systems, systems engineering, industrial and depot operations, logistics, lifecycle support, facilities, program management, and technical services.
Opalsoft brings depth in software engineering, cybersecurity and RMF, DevSecOps, enterprise IT, network operations, cloud technologies, data engineering, and emerging digital technologies.
Together, we see a significant opportunity to help the Navy bridge traditional boundaries between mission systems and information systems; engineering and software; industrial operations and digital infrastructure; and lifecycle support and cybersecurity
Our focus will include cybersecurity and RMF, software engineering and DevSecOps, digital modernization of Navy industrial and technical operations, enterprise IT and data services, SEWP VI market development, and growth across the NAVSEA Warfare Centers.
As with all of MRC’s Strategic Alliances, the objective is not simply to redistribute work. It is to combine complementary strengths to create new capabilities, new opportunities, and better outcomes for our customers.
We look forward to working with Sharad Sharma and the Opalsoft team as we continue building this relationship.
