MRC Welcomes New Changes – The Appointment of President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Jarrett.

We are honored to announce the appointment of Andrew Jarrett as our new President and Chief Executive Officer.

Andy’s distinguished career includes over 35 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Navy and the defense industry. A 30-year submarine officer with command tours of USS PITTSBURGH (SSN 720), Naval Submarine School, and Submarine Learning Center, Andy’s post-Navy industry experience started at General Dynamics Electric Boat. This was followed by senior executive roles at Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, where he oversaw major submarine and aircraft carrier propulsion and launch system programs, and ThayerMahan, where he was responsible for managing passive acoustic surveillance systems programs for the Navy, Coast Guard, and international partners.

Andy holds a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
