How I came to be an MRC employee
George Maris, Program Manager, attended a virtual career fair at BCC in April 2021. He was willing to help me construct a résumé for the engineering field despite not having an opening in my desired area. Because of his personal integrity, I moved MRC to the top of my ideal work environments. I was excited to hear from George regarding a position in my desired field and quickly accepted.
What I like best about working at MRC
I appreciate that everyone is genuinely invested in your well-being and advancement. This is such a kind, genuinely caring environment, and I am so thankful to be given an opportunity to prove myself.
Career advice
Develop a growth mindset in everything that you do: there is always an opportunity to learn new things. Take care of yourself, too.
