How I came to be an MRC employee:
I came to MRC after being at Raytheon for 6 years and was looking for a career that would allow me to continue to work in technology spaces that I enjoyed, in a more customer facing role. I was also interested in being at a smaller company with opportunities to grow and challenge myself.
What interested me about MRC for me to join the team:
I decided to join MRC because I could see that it was a great opportunity to shape my career and expand my understanding of program development, not just from an industry perspective. Everyone I’ve met at MRC has been great, and I also really appreciate the work-life balance.
Hobbies/Personal interest:
Traveling, food/trying out new recipes, yoga and fitness. Outside of work I am also the sponsorship chair for the local Women in Defense Chapter which keeps be busy!
